Materials of Construction
- We have the facilities for the manufacture of Fibreglass Reinforced Plastics (FRP) equipments and pipes using Isophthalic polyester, Bisphenol Polyester, Vinyl Ester, Super Vinylester and Epoxy
- Resins and other Engineering Plastics used as liner such as PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), PP (Polypropylene), CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl chloride), PVDF (Poly Vinylidene Flouride) etc.
- The different types of fibreglass we use in our manufacturing are Surface Mat,Chopped Strand Mat, Woven Roving, Filament Winding Roving, etc.
Activities
- We undertake design, manufacture and supply of FRP, PVC+FRP, PP+FRP, PVDF+FRP Pipes, fittings, Storage Tanks, Reaction vessels, Gas Scrubber, Foulgas absorption Systems, Exhaust Systems, Silos Channels, Pressure Vessels, Vacuum receivers, Filter Nutsches, Drying trays, FRP Rooflite Sheets, FRP floor gratings etc.
- We undertake fabrication and erection of piping systems and over diamensional equipments and lining jobs at customers sites.
